The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously extracting beta-glucan, protein, and starch, which are useful ingredients of barely and, more specifically, to a method for simultaneously extracting beta-glucan, protein, and starch, wherein the method comprises a pre-treatment process of pulverized barely, a wet milling process of the pulverized barely, an alkali extraction process for eluting beta-glucan and protein, a protein and bata-glucan separating process, and a starch extracting process.
