REBAR POSITIONING DEVICE FOR THE RC-SC CONNECTION

The present invention relates to a device for aligning a steel bar of an RC-SC connection. The device is used to mechanically form a RC-SC connection where a RC structure unit and a SC structure unit are welded to each other. The RC structure unit includes a steel bar (1) and concrete (2) surrounding the steel bar. The SC structure unit includes: a plurality of studs (3) fixated on an exposed steel plate (4) in order for the exposed steel plate (4) and a concrete-steel plate to integrally be moved; a rib and a tie shape steel (6) which support the exposed steel plate; and a support steel plate (7) horizontally maintained by being vertically fixated on the exposed steel plate (4). The device for aligning a steel bar of an RC-SC connection comprises: a single channel (11) which has a semi-circular groove processed at the same intervals of steel bars of a design drawing and the steel bar (1) of the RC structure unit mounted on the inside thereof; a U bolt (12) and a fastening nut (15) combining the steel bar with the central part of the single channel (11), wherein the U bolt (12) has both ends passing from the inside of the channel through the outer wall of the channel to be exposed to the outside, and the fastening nut (15) is coupled to the exposed ends. According to the present invention, the device is provided to make a coupling rod, connected to the steel bar, be easily and accurately inserted and fixated in a bolt hole by aligning the steel bar on a RC structural part when the RC-SC connection is constructed by a mechanical joining method, thereby improving construction efficiency according to the construction of the RC-SC connection, reducing working hours, and improving work efficiency.
