PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell in which electron conductivity of an oxide semiconductor porous film is improved by a low-temperature treatment which does not deteriorate a film substrate, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A dye-sensitized solar cell 10 comprises: an oxide semiconductor porous film 18 composed of metal oxide nanoparticles; and a sensitizing dye adsorbed on the oxide semiconductor porous film 18. An organic &pgr;-conjugated ligand is adsorbed on at least part of junctions between the metal oxide nanoparticles. |
