<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of preventing an increase in secondary battery charging time while keeping the performance of a smartphone.SOLUTION: A smartphone 100 includes: a secondary battery 20; and a connector 6 for electrically connecting a load 150 and the secondary battery 20 to an AC adapter 200. Electric power is supplied to the secondary battery 20 and the load 150 from a power supply source via the AC adapter 200. The smartphone 100 includes: a first detection unit 210 that detects first consumed power consumed by the secondary battery 20 for charging the secondary battery 20; a second detection unit 220 that detects second consumed power consumed by the load 150; and a control unit 250 that limits the second consumed power by limiting a function of the smartphone 100 lower in priority than a charging function, if a sum of the first consumed power and the second consumed power exceeds a rated capacity and the second consumed power is higher than preset power.</p> |
