<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise that causes variation in frequency.SOLUTION: A horizontal stripe frequency f3 generated by a power supply circuit is detected for each photographing, and the number of rows corresponding to the detected horizontal stripe frequency f3 is derived as a horizontal stripe row cycle iA. Whether or not the derived horizontal stripe row cycle iA is suitable for the number of rows that is set as the number of rows used for calculating a moving average is determined. When as a result of this determination, the horizontal stripe row cycle iA is not suitable for the number of rows that is set as the number of rows used for calculating the moving average, the number of rows is changed, so that the horizontal stripe row cycle iA becomes suitable for the changed number of rows.</p> |
