<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor excellent in output characteristics and electrostatic capacitance, having a long life, capable of shortening preliminary charging time.SOLUTION: The lithium ion capacitor includes: a positive electrode plate; a negative electrode plate; and an electrolyte. The positive electrode plate contains active carbon as an active material. The negative electrode plate contains amorphous carbon capable of absorbing and discharging lithium ions as an active material and carbon black as a conductive additive. The electrolyte contains cyclic carbonate and chain carbonate.</p> |
