PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inspection of a convex part pattern for forming a high-definition printing pattern considered to be necessary for an organic electroluminescent element by black-light or a light source lamp having a specific wavelength while wound-up around a letterpress printing machine, and to set a concentration difference of a picked-up image obtained by luminescence through selecting the light source lamp even at a preliminary inspection before winding-up around the letterpress printing machine, so as to make a defect inspection easier.SOLUTION: A functional resin plate includes at least: a base material (4); and a convex part pattern (1') configured with a photosensitive resin layer (1) on the base material (4). The photosensitive resin layer contains micro-capsules having a self-luminous material. |
