PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an operation training device for teaching a conductor himself about the suitability of his motion of shaking an operator.SOLUTION: A CPU 10 generates, in advance, beat timing corresponding to a set tempo value, and, when a sensor unit 13 detects a beat-ticking operation from the motion of an operator part 1 and an interrupt event TAKT is generated, determines, on the basis of the timing with which the interrupt event TAKT is generated, whether the beat-ticking operation matches beat timing, is lower than the beat timing, or is faster than the beat timing. The CPU 10 vibrates a grip part 2 once in synchronism with the beat timing when the beat-ticking operation matches the next beat timing, vibrates the grip part 2 twice in synchronism with the next beat timing when the beat-ticking operation is lower than the beat timing, and vibrates the grip part 2 three times in synchronism with the next beat timing when the beat-ticking operation is faster than the beat timing, whereby a conductor himself can be taught about the suitability of his motion of shaking the operator. |
