PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress confusion and dissatisfaction in a landing place for users of a destination floor reservation type elevator when the landing place is jammed up.SOLUTION: An elevator group management control device 1, which manages operation of a plurality of elevators on the basis of destination floors registered by users before getting on the elevators, comprises: congestion determining means 103 that determines whether the elevators are in a congested state or not; group creating means 106 that when the congested state is determined, groups the users according to the destination floors to be registered; group-waiting position associating means 108 that sets waiting positions for users belonging to the created group before elevators to get on are allocated to the groups; and waiting position notifying means 111 that notifies the users of the waiting positions. |
