PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for a medical liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A medical liquid injection device comprises: a liquid injection scalpel that injects liquid; an ultrasonic scalpel that generates ultrasonic waves; an exterior case that houses the liquid injection scalpel and the ultrasonic scalpel and includes an opening part from which a tip part of the liquid injection scalpel or a tip part of the ultrasonic scalpel can be protruded; a guide part that is arranged in the exterior case and guides the tip part of the liquid injection scalpel or the tip part of the ultrasonic scalpel to the opening part; and an operation part that is arranged in the exterior case and selectively protrudes the tip part of the liquid injection scalpel or the tip part of the ultrasonic scalpel from the opening part.
