<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the distribution band of an actual content in distribution in order to guarantee content quality, to enable flexible adjustment of the content distribution band according to the attribute of the distributed content, the attribute of a user i.e. a viewer, and each stage etc. of viewing processing.SOLUTION: A content distribution control system includes: transfer means for monitoring communication amount of each content group or each user group, on the basis of processing information indicative of content group information included in a packet in content distribution, user group information and each stage of content viewing processing, and for performing transfer processing of the packet provided by a distribution control rule; and distribution control means for setting the distribution control rule on the basis of the packet communication amount of each content group or each user group, monitored by the transfer means.</p> |
