<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an object by using an air quantity depending on temperature of the object, with low power consumption.SOLUTION: A cooling device comprises: storage means for storing a generation source of a gas and emitting the gas to a cooling object; pipe arrangement change means capable of changing a flow of a cooling medium flowing inside the cooling object; and control means for giving an instruction to make the cooling medium flow inside a frame of the storage means or in a heater unit capable of heating the frame, to the pipe arrangement change means, when temperature of the cooling object or a temperature sensor in the vicinity of the cooling object detected by the cooling object or the temperature sensor in the vicinity of the cooling object exceeds a predetermined threshold.</p> |
