<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission which can reduce gear noise, and forms a forward 9-speed gear stage and a reverse 1-speed gear stage.SOLUTION: An automatic transmission comprises: a first planetary gear having first to third elements; second to fourth planetary gears having second to fourth sun gears, second to fourth ring gears, and second to fourth carriers, respectively; an output shaft connected to the fourth carrier; a first clutch which connects an input shaft and the third and fourth sun gears so as to be detachable; a second clutch which connects the input shaft and the third carrier and the fourth ring gear so as to be detachable; a third clutch which connects the second element and the second sun gear and the second and third ring gears so as to be detachable; a first brake which fixes the second and third ring gears to a housing so as to be detachable; a second brake which fixes the third carrier and the fourth ring gear to the housing so as to be detachable; and a third brake which fixes the second carrier to the housing so as to be detachable.</p> |
