<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and small electric heater which can remove an electronic component from a mounting substrate.SOLUTION: A small electric heater includes a heater part, a heater holding part for holding the heater part, and an energization operation part for operating energization to the heater part. The heater part includes: a heater rod with a heater lead wire, a heater lead wire protection material, and a flat wire coil part for heat accumulation formed by winding two flexible metal flat wires from a red-heat center part of the heater rod to both ends by closely bonding and fixing while closely remaining a flat wire iron tip part. An electronic component is held by a clipping tool with a ceramic-coated fine tip end through the flat wire iron tip part, and is removed from a mounting substrate by melting solder. The heater holding part includes: a coil part for holding a heater rod which is wound, bonded and fixed with a metal wire on a heater lead wire side of the heater rod; a coil part for heat radiation folded so as to be easy to use; and a coil part for attaching a finger tip on an opposite end to the heater rod.</p> |
