<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element unit and a piezoelectric actuator in which assembly becomes easier, and the state of the piezoelectric element can be easily checked.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element unit 100 which extends/contracts by application of voltage comprises: a series of piezoelectric elements 110 which is formed into an annular shape, and stacked in an expansion/contraction direction; a rod-shaped elastic body 130 which has a protrusion 132 on one end, is inserted into communication holes of the series of piezoelectric elements 110, and in which the protrusion 132 is hooked on a first end surface of the series of piezoelectric elements 110; and a fastener which is fixed to the other end of the rod-shaped elastic body 130, and gives pressing force to a second end surface of the series of piezoelectric elements 110 by elastic force of the rod-shaped elastic body 130. The piezoelectric element unit 100 can give preload to the series of piezoelectric elements 110 by a simple structure of the rod-shaped elastic body 130 and the fastener 150. Thus, assembly of the piezoelectric actuator becomes easier, and the state of the piezoelectric element 110 can be easily checked.</p> |
