<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load in operating a movable apparatus loaded with an assist mechanism only by man-power.SOLUTION: When a motor 5 is driven in a prescribed direction, a torque is transmitted to a sun gear 14 of a planetary gear device 8 through a reverse input cutoff clutch 9, and a carrier 17 is locked to a mounting shaft 10c by action of a spring clutch 11, thus revolution of a planetary gear 16 is stopped, and rotation of the planetary gear 16 is transmitted to an internal gear 15 so that a driving wheel 4 is smoothly rotated. When a reverse input torque is added to the driving wheel 4 by man-power, the sun gear 14 is stopped by action of the reverse input cutoff clutch 9 in any direction, the carrier 17 is unlocked from the mounting shaft 10c and rotated, and simultaneously the planetary gear 16 is revolved while rotated, thus the driving wheel 4 is rotated with a load smaller than that in a conventional one.</p> |
