The objective of the present invention is to provide a phase change heat radiation device which can increase a heat transfer rate and reduce manufacturing costs by consisting of a housing and a base frame, which are mechanically coupled to each other, and inserting a wick, which is made of a porous material, into the housing. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the phase change heat radiation device comprises: a housing (100) having one end opened which a working fluid (W) is injected into; a base frame (200) mechanically coupled to one end of the housing (100) to seal one end of the housing (100); a steam collection member (300) mounted on the inner surface of the housing (100); and a collection net (400) mounted on the inner surface of the steam collection member (300). |
