<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cure coating film production method suitable for line production.SOLUTION: Provided is the cure coating film production method. A coating agent (A) contains (a) fluorine-containing polymer, (b) curative, (c) catalytic curative, and (d) solvent; the catalytic curative is an organic tin compound and is contained by 50 ppm-10,000 ppm with respect to total mass of the fluorine-containing polymer; and the coating agent (A) is used for forming a coating film on a base material, and heat treatment for heating so that temperature of the base material reaches to 230-250°C is performed for curing the coating film, thereby producing the cure coating film.</p> |
