PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for efficiently installing software in a device apparatus.SOLUTION: When an image forming apparatus 101 detects that no script or data required for installing software corresponding thereto is stored in a USB storage 102 connected thereto, an instruction for storing script and data including identification information thereof is stored in the USB storage. When a computer 103 detects that the storage instruction is stored in the USB storage 102 connected thereto, the script and data corresponding to the identification information of the image forming apparatus included in the storage instruction are acquired and stored in the USB storage 102. When the USB storage including the script and data stored in a storage step and corresponding to the image forming apparatus is connected, the image forming apparatus installs software by use of the script and data included in the USB storage. |
