<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting device capable of supplying or paying out change which is in shortage or excess with a simple method.SOLUTION: Provided is a POS resister for accounting (accounting device) 30 for performing payment of commodity which is bought by a customer. The POS resister comprises: a change machine 310 for paying out change to payment by the customer following to payment; and balance management means for managing balance for every kind of coins and bills held by the change machine 310 and shortage and excess of coins and bills. The POS resister also provides notifying means (notifying screen 70) for notifying that payment (disbursement) using a kind of coin or bill which is in shortage or excess is promoted when there is a kind of coin or bill which is in shortage or excess in balance for every kind of coins and bills in the change machine 310,and privilege applying means for applying privilege to a customer according to number of coins or bills used in payment, when the coins or bills are same kinds of kinds that the notifying means promoted, are used.</p> |
