The invention relates to a process for recycling the glass waste with high content of lead. According to the invention, the process consists in the fact that glass wastes with high content of lead from discarded cathode-ray tubes, as aggregates, are mixed with cement and water for preparing a cement mortar to be used in constructions and developments.
