<p>The present invention relates to a launching device and a launching method using the same and, more specifically, to a launching device and a launching method, capable of consecutively and safely launching an enclosure by installing the launching device along a launching route. The launching device according to the present invention comprises: a guiding unit which is formed to be extended along a launching direction of an enclosure and guides the launching direction of the enclosure; and a first support unit which is arranged at the upper part of the guiding unit to face to each other and includes a pair of first body units having the upper parts formed downward in curved shapes and cylindrical first rotation units that are respectively arranged to be rotated on the curved shapes of the pair of first body units having both ends facing to each other, wherein the first support unit is arranged to be spaced along the guiding unit. The launching device and the launching method according to an embodiment of the present invention can repetitively launch the enclosure without rearranging the launching device arranged along the launching route, thereby ensuring economic feasibility due to duration shortening and advantageously managing facilities. According to embodiments of the present invention, the launching device and the launching method are capable of protecting safety of workers and reducing the work time by lifting/descending the enclosure using a hydraulic unit.</p> |
