The invention can be used in the nuclear industry when working with the powder-like nuclear fuel, as well as in the process of processing medical images, in surgical radiology, in nuclear medicine, in the process of processing plastics, examination and control of finished products. The powder of metal oxides contains from 70 to 90 wt % of bismuth trioxide, from 5 to 15 wt % of tungsten trioxide and from 5 to 15 wt % of lanthanum trioxide.
