Disclosed are a loom capable of adjusting the pore size and a method for manufacturing a cell support using the same. According to the present invention, the room comprises: a body unit including a front unit in which a front guide groove is formed, a side unit in which a side guide groove is formed, and a rear unit in which a rear guide hole is formed and a rear opening is formed on the front; a front guide inserted into the front guide groove and forming a first warp hole; a plurality of side guides inserted into the side guide groove and forming weft bumps; and a rear guide inserted into the rear guide hole and forming a second warp hole exposed to the outside through the rear opening. A fabric is manufactured by crossing and weaving a weft connected between weft bumps formed on a plurality of side guides, and a warp connected between the first wrap hole and the second warp hole.
