A round rotating steel platform is arranged in front of the swing-beam on the road bed and placed in a cylindrical cavity under the bed in rolling contact bearings in the form of steel wheels. A support with a platform is equipped with an electromagnetic brake connected to an electric circuit of the swing-beam actuator and actuated at its lifting. An overspeed limit device of a transport vehicle of a "bump" type is installed on the road bed in front of the platform, and a transverse plate contacting to the road bed at the lowered swing-arm and simulating a stiff support of the swing-arm is fixed in the central part of the swing-beam.EFFECT: increasing a protection degree; simplifying the design.2 dwg |
