An interfacing structure for delivering air to the airways of a patient. The interfacing structure has a support structure adapted to be coupled to an air delivery system that provides a supply of air from a source of air at positive pressure. The interfacing structure has an interface with a foam portion adapted to sealingly engage surfaces of the patient’s face and a connection portion joined to the foam portion and formed of a different material than the foam portion. The interfacing structure also has an attachment structure which is configured to sealingly engage the connection portion to detachably couple the interface with the support structure. The foam portion includes a single outlet aperture arranged to deliver the supply of air to both of the patient’s nasal passageways.
