The present invention includes a fuse structure and a method of blowing the same. The fuse structure includes a conductive line formed on a substrate, first and second vias which are separated from each other on the conductive line, a cathode electrode line which is electrically connected to the first via, an anode electrode line which is electrically connected to the second via, and a first dummy pattern which is adjacent to the cathode electrode.
