The panel has two splinted layers assembled together by gluing using a binder, where the layers are made of a blend of two contiguous layer elements. The layer elements and the splinted layers are assembled together by bonding using a vinyl-based adhesive or urea-formaldehyde or melamine urea formalin or polyurethane. The splinted layers are made into a single piece. The splinted layers include a core (1) sandwiched between two claddings (2). The splinted layers are laminated or dovetailed glue panel strips. The core comprises a material selected from natural cement or fiber, silicate or natural fiber, fiber or natural gypsum, and gypsum or natural fiber, and the claddings consist of a material based on wood fibers. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a multilayer panel. |
