The present invention relates to a sash for bedding and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a sash for bedding comprises the steps of: embroidering, in a lengthwise direction, the middle part of a fabric for a sash composed of a soft high-density material; making an embroidery for cutting by forming a sewing shape part with a predetermined three-dimensional thickness using a sewing machine parallel to the embroidery while separating the embroidery by a certain width from both sides; finishing a sash by cutting the inner or outer side of the sewing shape part of the embroidery for cutting using a cutter capable of recognizing the sewing shape part of the embroidery for cutting; and attaching the sash closely to the surface of clothing or bedding and sewing the sewing shape part to be folded inward. Therefore, the width of margins formed at both sides with respect to the embroidery of the sash can be kept constant and resultingly luxurious bedding can be manufactured by making the sash exhibit precision and dignity.
