<p>The present invention relates to a skin and scalp massager and, more particularly, to a skin and scalp massager with which the scalp can be stimulated while combing, hair can be sterilized, blood circulation can be improved so hair is improved, and aging can be prevented and a cardiovascular ailment can be addressed by means of massage on the skin of the face and the like. The present invention includes a massager main body (10) that has an installation space (16) therein; a massage ball (20) that is provided on one side surface of the massager main body (10), massages the skin of a user, and is formed of a light-transmitting material; a first irradiation unit (30) that is provided in the installation space (16) of the massager main body (10) and irradiates the scalp and hair with laser, infrared light, or ultraviolet light; a second irradiation unit (40) that is provided in the installation space (16) of the massager main body (10) or an inside space of the massage ball (20) and irradiates the skin of the user with laser, infrared light, or ultraviolet light through the massage ball (20); and a driving circuit portion (60) that is provided in the installation space (16) of the massager main body (10) and turns on the laser, infrared light, or ultraviolet light in the first irradiation unit (30) or the second irradiation unit (30, 40).</p> |
