摘要 <p>Provided is a refraction-type optical defect inspection instrument capable of measuring the degree of deformation or a defect in an object through a noncontact method without destroying or disassembling a structure complicated or difficult to reach. For the above effect, the refraction-type optical defect inspection instrument comprises: a laser unit emitting a laser beam to the object; an inspection unit obtaining information on the image of the object by receiving the laser beam reflected by the object diffusely; a control unit measuring the degree of the defect in the object by processing the information, which is obtained when the inspection unit is controlled, through software; a head part having the laser unit and the inspection unit mounted therein; a refraction part connected to the head part, and adjusting the direction of the head part by the generation of contraction and flection due to the pulling of a wire; and insertion tube formed to be extended from the refraction part, allowing the head part to be pushed into a gap in the structure, and allowing the wire, a power cable connected to the laser unit, and a control cable connected to the inspection unit to be extracted from the rear end thereof. According to the present invention, the direction of the head part can be adjusted by the refraction part when the head part with the laser unit and the inspection unit, the refraction part, and the insertion tube are connected integrally, so the degree of the deformation or the defect in the object can be measured through the noncontact method without the destruction or the disassembly of the structure complicated or difficult to reach. In particular, the refraction part with a compact structure has joint parts between which the flection can be quantified to maintain the entire refraction angle of the refraction part, so the direction of the head part can be precisely adjusted.</p>
