The invention relates to an imaging system and an associated device for detecting a sample (4). The set (30) of optical elements comprises an optical medium (36) disposed between the matrix (32) of microlenses and the first lamina (28), the refractive index of the optical medium (36) being substantially between 1 and the refractive index of the microlenses (34).
