摘要 <p>The invention relates to an imaging system and an associated device for detecting a sample (4). The set (30) of optical elements comprises an optical medium (36) disposed between the matrix (32) of microlenses and the first lamina (28), the refractive index of the optical medium (36) being substantially between 1 and the refractive index of the microlenses (34). The distance between the face supporting the sample (28A) and the apex of the microlenses (34) is substantially between 0 and 1500μm as measured along the optical axis (Z) of the photosensors (26).</p>
