<p>The module (1) has a canvas (2) forming a roof of the module and fixed along a lower peripheral edge on a rigid frame (3) that is maintained remotely from a floor by side posts. A canvas stretching system stretches the canvas by raising the canvas upwards. Vertical thermal insulating panels (5) e.g. self-supporting sandwich panels, and/or opening frames (6) sealably close vertical facades situated along the perimeter of the frame. A false ceiling is fixed with the frame by the edge so as to create a thermal and acoustic bat by entrapping air contained between the canvas and the false ceiling. An independent claim is also included for a modular building comprising a sealing device.</p> |
