<p>The present invention relates to a paper box structure easily folded and handled and an assembly method using the same. The paper box is easily folded and handled to store and transport a heavy object such as fruits, and has a supporting means provided therein to be able to be self-supported against pressure vertically concentrated to the lower side to stably protect the stored object. The assembly method using the paper box makes assembling work performed more freely and easily than folding work for an unfolded box, thereby saving an operator trouble and improving a work method to maximize productivity. The paper box comprises a front plate and a side plate including an upper front plate (21), a lower front plate (22), and an upper side plate (31) and a lower side plate (32) which are separated from each other; a reinforcing paper (23) provided on both longitudinal ends of the lower front plate (22); attachment wing papers (24) extended from both ends of the upper front plate (21) to be longer than the reinforcing paper; and a fixing gap (25) provided on each attachment wing paper to make the attachment wing papers, which are contiguous with each other, on both ends of the upper front plate restrain each other. The attachment wing papers contiguous with each other have an identical shape by being arranged on the upper front plate to be opposite to each other and having different cutting directions for the corresponding gap.</p> |
