<p>PURPOSE: A nothing backlash gear-box structure is provided to prevent the backlash of the gear train of a gear-box, in the controlling of a main shaft and the rotating speed control of a spindle. CONSTITUTION: A nothing backlash gear-box structure comprises an input shaft(110), an idle shaft(150), an output shaft(120), a coaxial connection unit. The input shaft is rotated with the torque of the motor. The idle shaft is meshed with the input shaft. The idle shaft is rotated with the input shaft. The output shaft is arranged as the input shaft and coaxial. The output shaft is parallelly arranged to the idle shaft. The output shaft goes in gear through the gear value total with the idle shaft. It is rotated with the idle shaft. The output shaft transfers the torque to the principal axis. The coaxial connection member into one body rotates input and output shaft.</p> |
