<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the viscosity of slag using a weight change. According to the present invention, an apparatus for measuring the viscosity of slag using a weight change comprises: a case of which the inside is partitioned into multiple spaces; a heating furnace installed in the case; a discharge member installed in the heating furnace, having the slag loaded therein, and discharging the slag after the slag is melted in the heating furnace; a slag collection member having at least a top housed in the heating furnace, and collecting the melted slag discharged from the discharge member; and a weight measurement unit checking the weight of the melted slag collected in the slag collection member. The apparatus according to the present invention is capable of conveniently measuring the viscosity of the slag of target coal in a site, thereby determining the suitability of the target coal easily and preventing a gasifier from being shut down by unsuitable target coal beforehand. In addition, the apparatus according to the present invention is capable of allowing the hot slag melted in a main heating furnace and flowing down through the discharge member to be heated by a first auxiliary heater and allowing the slag flowing down and collected in the slag collection member to be heated by a second auxiliary heater, so the hot slag is not suddenly cooled until the weight change of the slag is measured by the weight measurement unit, thereby preventing an error in the measurement of the weight change and the malfunction of the apparatus which are caused when the slag is suddenly cooled.</p> |
