The present invention relates to a piling noise preventing device capable of isolating and absorbing piling noise generated when driving a pile, thereby preventing generation of noise by absorbing the impact and easily engaging the pile to a shank. A piling noise preventing device capable of preventing generation of noise when a pile is driven by a shank engaged to a hammer driving unit of a hammer equipment includes a shank socket having a piling chamber enclosing the head portion of the pile and fitted to a front end of the shank; at least one sound isolation skirt fixed to a lower portion of the inner surface of the piling chamber below a piling position and brought into resiliently contact with the outer surface of the head portion of the pile to shield the piling noise flowing downward; and a first noise isolation O-ring fixed to the piling portion of the shank and brought into resiliently contact with the inner surface of the piling chamber to shield the piling noise upward.
