<p>The present invention relates to a method of controlling a hydraulic breaker including a cylinder body having a piston formed to reciprocate therein, a plurality of pressure holes to increase and decrease pressure, and a pressure sensing unit formed on one side thereof to measure internal pressure and a stroke valve connected to the pressure holes to selectively increase and decrease pressure of the pressure holes to set a stroke distance of the piston. The method of controlling a hydraulic brake comprises: a first step of inputting a pressure value detected through the pressure sensing unit to a stroke distance control unit; a second step of measuring a change in a pressure value measured for a unit period of time by the stroke distance control unit to calculate a pressure change speed, and determining an object′s strength to be broken using a hardness table prepared in advance; a third step of setting a stroke distance of the piston by adjusting the stroke valve in any one operational mode among an automatic mode, a manual mode, and a setting mode in accordance to the strength of the object to be broken; and a fourth step of repeatedly performing the second step and the third step by feeding back the pressure value changed through the pressure sensing unit, and inputting the same to the stroke distance control unit. Accordingly, work productivity can be maximized by automatically changing a stroke distance of the piston in accordance to the strength of the object to be broken, and since any one among the automatic mode, the manual mode, and the setting mode is selected in accordance to a propensity of the workers, an environment based on the strength of the object to be broken, and an operational environment; consumer satisfaction and work productivity can be maximized.</p> |
