On the open part side, there is a ring flanging coaxial to the cup axis whereon a resilient ring is attached functioning as a resilient arrester of the moving part of the resilient tight shell that is glue-connected to a plate made of a hard vibration damping material such as Agat, Antivibrit, Shwim type plasticate on the side turned towards the spring, the plate serving to prevent loss of tightness of the tight resilient shell filled with silicone liquid; there is a protective insert rigidly connected to the guiding cup in its middle part, the plate made of a material that is harder as compared to the sole and resilient and functions as an additional resilient element in the vibration protection system "footwear-human"; positioned between the protective insert and the "footwear foot" part, a resilient tight shell filled with silicone liquid, is a resilient mesh element placed into a protective shell such as one made of rubber-cord or cast polyurethane; the density of the mesh structure of the resilient mesh elements is within the range of optimal values equal to 1.2 g/cm? 2.0 g/cm; the resilient mesh elements wire is made of Grade EI-708 steel, such wire diameter varying with the optimal range of values of 0.09 mm ? 0.15 mm; the resilient mesh elements may be: reinforced and made of a mesh framework poured over with elastomer such as polyurethane; made of elements in the form of a layered or crosswise winding of porous threads wound onto a cylindrical wire or mesh framework; made of crumb of hard vibration damping material such as Agat, Antivibrit, Shwim type plasticate with crumb size equal to 0.5?2.0 mm, poured over with elastomer such as polyurethane into a protective shell; the helical spring positioned axially symmetrical to the guiding cup in the heel is conic-shaped.EFFECT: increased efficiency of the operator's vibration protection due to equal frequency of the conic spring in the heel.1 dwg
