FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: unit includes welding mechanism consisting of a pair of external 4 stocks that are connected on one side to each other by means of external 5 cross plank, on which one welding jaw 7 is fixed, and on the other side they are connected to each other by means of external 11 support plank. The unit also includes a pair of internal 3 stocks that are connected on one side to each other by means of internal 6 cross plank, on which the second 8 welding jaw is fixed, and on the other side they are connected to each other by means of internal 12 support plank. Besides, the pair of internal 3 stocks is located between stocks of external 4 pair, external 11 support plank and internal 12 support plank are connected to a mechanism intended for movement of the same planks and provided with a drive, and one of the welding jaws 7, 8 includes device 9 for cutting of a ready-made pack from a sleeve of film, which is provided with drive 10. The unit also includes support plate 15, and the welding mechanism includes a base plate on which all its parts are fixed. Between base plate 1 and support plate 15 there located is arc-shaped guide 17 and at least one mating part capable of being moved along guide 17, which are intended to ensure movement of the welding mechanism along support plate 15.EFFECT: enlarging range of devices; increasing capacity and ease of operation.16 cl, 7 dwg |
