<p>The invention is intended for use in the alcoholic beverage industry, and can be used for manufacturing alcoholic beverages, specifically vodka products. The object of the invention is to expand the range of compositions of ingredients for producing vodka with improved organoleptic properties that will distinguish the proposed vodka from known vodkas by a quite easily recognizable characteristic pleasant aroma, as well as by an unusual cloudy white hue, which impart a vivid individual character and attractiveness to the product. Essence of the invention: the composition of ingredients for the special vodka comprises (L per 1000 dal of the finished product): sugar syrup (5.8 - 20), aqueous-alcoholic infusion of dried rye bread (0.5 - 5), aqueous-alcoholic infusion of horseradish root (0.1 - 5), opacifier (7 - 20), and a water-alcohol mixture (calculated on the basis of 40% proof of the blend).</p> |
