<p>A method and apparatus for data migration are disclosed. The method comprises: generating a configuration library containing parameter information of a source database, parameter information of a target database, parameter information of a table to which the data to be migrated in the source database pertains, and a migration condition; exporting the data to be migrated according to the parameter information of the source database, the parameter information of the table to which the data to be migrated in the source database pertains, and the migration condition in the configuration library; establishing a table in the target database according to the parameter information of the table to which the data to be migrated in the source database pertains, the migration conditions, the migration condition and the parameter information of the target database; and importing the data to be migrated which is exported from the source database into the table established in the target database. The technical solutions can be applied to data migration between any two databases, and are not limited to data migration between two fixed databases. The way of data migration is relatively flexible and the use of which is very convenient.</p> |
