<p>The present invention provides a plant expression recombinant vector for mass producing tobacco etch virus (TEV) protease comprising genes coding TEV derived protease; a method for mass producing the TEV protease from plant comprising a step of overexpressing the genes coding TEV derived protease by transforming plant cells using the recombinant vector; a method for preparing a genetically modified organism which mass produces the TEV protease comprising a step of transforming plant cells using the recombinant vector; the genetically modified organism which mass produces the TEV protease prepared by the method, and seeds thereof; a detergent composition, a food composition, and a forage composition comprising the protease isolated from the genetically modified organism as an active ingredient; and a composition for mass producing the TEV protease from plant comprising the genes coding protease derived from the TEV consisting of base sequence described in sequence number 1.</p> |
