DIRECT-COMPRESSIBLE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING AMLODIPINE AND LOSARTAN, AND TABLET USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a direct-compressible pharmaceutical composition comprising amlodipine and losartan, and to a tablet prepared thereby and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition comprising amlodipine and losartan for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases. The amlodipine and losartan, with one or more disintegrating agents, are not separated from each other and are homogeneously mixed with each other. Even when the the amlodipine and losartan are simply mixed and directly compressed, and formed into a tablet: the amlodipine and losartan can be smoothly eluted under an acid condition; stability of the amlodipine can be obtained by excluding a wet process; and process time and costs can be reduced.
