The present invention relates to an automatic module apparatus for manufacturing a solid state drive (SSD). An automatic module apparatus for manufacturing a solid state drive includes: an SSD labeling apparatus to print a label on an SSD mounted on a carrier tray; a test handler apparatus to transport the carrier tray on which the labeled SSD is mounted and test the labeled SSD for an electrical defect; an SSD sorting apparatus to transport the carrier tray on which the tested SSDs are mounted and sort non-defective defective SSDs tested by the test handler apparatus, wherein the SSD labeling apparatus, the test handler apparatus, and the SSD sorting apparatus are in-line and automated.
