<p>The present invention relates to a sauce cooler, which may cool cooling water filled in a water room of the sauce cooler up to a set temperature within a short time, thereby minimizing power consumption, and may circulate cooling water whose temperature is increased due to heat exchange even while the sauce cooler is being used through a cooling water circulation path to delay the increase of temperature of the cooling water filled in the water room to the maximum, thereby cooling more hot food. The cooling water circulation path is provided on an outer side of a side portion of the water room so as to circulate the cooling water filled in the water room of the sauce cooler, and a cooling water circulation unit is built in the cooling water circulation path to circulate the cooling water.</p> |
