The present invention is further equipped with an abnormality detection unit which has: an input section for acquiring transmission information from the power storage unit via a transmission path, said transmission information including the detected plurality of state values; and an abnormality detection section which detects abnormalities in the power storage unit by performing multivariate analysis on the acquired plurality of state values. |
