PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of maintaining utilization efficiency of light and preventing generation of light having high intensity in a specific direction.SOLUTION: Plural recess parts are formed on a surface of a base material. The recess parts have a curve surface part formed of a curve surface respectively, and the surface of the base material is divided into plural areas. At least part of one of the plural areas is formed into a shape obtained by rotating at least part of another one of the plural areas around a normal line of the surface of the base material, thereby providing the optical element. |
