PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dietary intake adjustment device for supporting dietary intake and measurement of a body action as an option.SOLUTION: A computer system for managing health of a user by using a health platform includes: a processor (24) and memory(32) for executing a software instruction; a health action detection component (35/47) for detecting at least one health relevant action of a user through one or multiple sensors integrated with the system; a communication component (26) for establishing a data link with one or more other devices to deliver information in which the detected health relevant user action is described; and a user interface component (28/30) for receiving setting information from a user and notifying the user of one or multiple health relevant items. |
