This medical tool (100) has a puncturing member (3) and a guide section (22f). The puncturing member (3) has: a sheath (30) curved in an arc shape; and a needle body (35) provided to the tip of the sheath (30). The guide section (22f) supports the puncturing member (3) from the inside, curving along the puncturing member (3). An elastic tongue (233) is provided to each of the two ends of the guide section (22f). When the tongues (233) are pressed against a body surface (H), the tongues (233) deform elastically, and tension a portion (1501) of the body surface (H). The body surface (H) may be tensioned by suctioning the body surface (H) to a plate-shaped section (236) having a suction hole (237). When the puncturing member (3) is rotated around a shaft (J1), the needle body (35) pierces the tensioned portion (1501), and the puncturing member (3) is inserted into the body. When the body surface (H) is tensioned before puncturing in such a manner, the puncturing becomes easy. |
